Keep their routine comfortably familiar

What to pack.

No need to bring food bowls or litter boxes. Freshly washed Cozy Cat beds are also available upon request.

01

Their regular food

Pack enough for the full stay, plus a little extra. We do not provide food because sudden changes may upset your cat’s stomach.

02

Feeding instructions

Label portions clearly and share their usual schedule, serving size, and any preparation instructions.

03

A secure carrier

Please use a secure, well-ventilated carrier for arrival and departure.

04

Optional comfort items

A familiar blanket, bed, or toy carrying their scent may help them settle. Please label personal belongings.

05

Their usual litter, if preferred

Tofu litter is included. If your cat prefers a particular texture or scent, you are welcome to bring their regular litter.

06

Emergency details

Confirm your emergency contact and veterinary clinic information before check-in.

What to expect

Adjustment can look
different for every cat.

These behaviors are normal

New surroundings can feel unfamiliar at first. We give every guest quiet reassurance, thoughtful care, and the time they need to settle in without being rushed.

01

Hiding

Cats may not want to come out of their villa or carrier right away. Giving them quiet time and space allows them to observe their new surroundings and settle in at their own pace.

02

Lack of appetite

It is common for cats to eat less when adjusting to a new environment. Many regain their appetite within 24–48 hours, although every cat is different.

03

Acting a little differently

Some cats become more playful in a new space, while others may be less playful at first. Both responses can be part of their normal adjustment process.
