As cat parents ourselves, we know the little details matter. Our villas give each guest separate areas for eating, sleeping, and using the litter box, with plenty of room to move comfortably.
With just nine villas, Cozy Cat never feels crowded. Soft music, one-on-one playtime, and a calm daily routine create a comfortable environment where every cat has the time and space to settle in at their own pace.

Our space is filled with natural light and offers engaging views to keep feline guests comfortable and entertained. Depending on their villa, cats can watch birds and outdoor activity through a window or enjoy specially selected Cat TV. Natural daylight also helps support their regular sleep-and-wake cycles, contributing to a more restful, home-like stay.
With only nine villas and one large Cat Suite, our capacity is intentionally limited so the space never feels crowded. Soft background music plays throughout the day and night, while a gentle light display in the evening helps guests settle and relax. Temperature-controlled spaces and filtered air keep their environment cool, fresh, and comfortable throughout each stay.
Our spacious villas allow for separate areas for eating, sleeping, and litter use, giving each cat a clean and comfortable space to follow their natural routines. Food and water bowls are never placed next to the litter box—an intentional detail that supports better hygiene and makes every villa feel more like home.

24/7 air-conditioning keeps the rooms cool and comfortable.
HEPA-filtered air purifiers help reduce odors, allergens, dust, and airborne particles.
Pet-safe, veterinary-approved products are used to sanitize every villa.
Two to three sets of photo and video updates each day help cat parents stay connected.
Cat-calming music, Cat TV, and window views provide gentle enrichment.
Fresh three-stage filtered drinking water is provided throughout the stay.
Tofu litter is included for every guest.
A freshly washed cat bed and clean bowls are included in every villa.
A portion of every stay supports TNVR efforts for community cats and local rescues.
Boarding requirements
For the wellbeing of every cat in our home, current vaccination and anti-tick and flea treatment records are required before arrival. If your cat has a serious health condition or depends on crucial medication or supplements for their wellbeing, we kindly recommend choosing a boarding facility with veterinary staff onsite. This helps ensure their care can be administered consistently and that medical support is readily available if needed.
